Tuesday the BCHL held a press conference at Rogers Arena to announce the title sponsor and it's honorary chair person for the upcoming showcase in Chilliwack next month. I will have information about that later today.
The event was also attended by 2012 NHL Draft picks Alex Kerfoot of the Coquitlam Express and Penticton Vees alumni Joey Laleggia.
I had a chance to speak with Alex about his recent commitment to Harvard University for the fall of 2013. And get his first impressions on some of the new faces coming to the Express this season.
